When you have a hotel with 1,548 rooms – you need a big spa, with
all the treatments, services and facilities that every guest would expect and
desire. The scale and scope excited us and challenged us to create an effective
and efficient spa and wellness operation, while still maintaining a sense of
privacy and relaxation for the guests.
We not only had to create an authentic spa experience, but a space
where guests can relax and enjoy, yet feel as though they were the only guest
there. We worked exceptionally hard to get the guest flow and journey seamless. This was coupled with extensive training of
the large spa team, so that the guest spa journey became intuitive and
supportive every step of the way.
