Spa Staff Training

We have a team of highly qualified and experienced trainers who specialise in:

Our trainers will first assess the current level of your standards and then be able to devise a training program to address the most immediate needs for your operation.
For therapists this can either be to deepen the understanding of Anatomy and Physiology or to expand on your therapist’s techniques and knowledge, to enhance the overall quality and integrity of your treatments.

We also offer customer service training for all staff, to motivate them to find their inner spark to deliver great service to your guests.
Lastly, our trainers can also assist you in developing signature treatment to support your spa concept and enhance your menu.
