In 2008, Kempinski Hotels approached us with the vision to create their own spa- management company. The aim was to create and operate two spa brands – Resense, as an independent spa consulting company, and Kempinski the Spa brand at Kempinski Hotels Worldwide.
We needed to create two distinctive brands – Resense Spa - a unique European style with a European sense of service and Kempinski the Spa – the signature spa brand for Kempinski. Raison d’Etre´s expertise in spa consultancy and operational experience was well established by this time and allowed us to build a new and independent spa consultancy company, Resense Spa S.A., from scratch.
We not only created two very unique brands in Resense and Kempinski The Spa, but we created an entire spa consultancy/company infrastructure to allow Resense S.A. to be able to manage and operate independently.
