Ever in the forefront of luxury hospitality innovation, Aman decided to design, create and open its first iconic Aman Spa at Amanpuri, Thailand in 2000. Raison d’Etre were appointed to open the spa and to then develop the corporate Aman Spa brand from there, including the creation of the first Aman Spa products and branding.
We brought a high-touch approach to the brand, reflecting their belief in deeply personal connections and relationships to their guests. We also created a spa brand that reflected the Aman lifestyle. Each spa incorporated the healing culture, but also spiritual aspect of the service culture of the country where we designed and opened an Aman Spa.
