Christina Pool Wiklund
My career in the beauty industry began at Gilda School in Gothenburg, where I trained to become a CIDESCO-certified Esthetician and Spa Therapist, a title I now proudly hold. With a strong passion for travel, I was immediately drawn to the opportunity of working onboard cruise ships, and in 2023 I embarked on my first contract with Viking Cruises. I started as a Beauty Therapist and later advanced to the role of Assistant Spa Manager. These experiences provided me with valuable insight into guest service and leadership, as well as a deep understanding of the high standards required in the industry. Today, I work as Training Coordinator at Raison d’Etre, combining my background with my passion for structure and development.

What drives me is motivating individuals and ensuring that the high standards across all ships are achieved and maintained. I enjoy using my creative side to design models and tools that help people learn and grow, and I love that my role combines the best of both worlds: the administrative side of structuring and organizing, and the practical side of occasionally working onboard the ships. I believe this combination strengthens my work overall, as it allows me to stay grounded in reality while also building long-term structures for development. For me, there is always a bigger picture, and I am driven by creating clear connections where all parts come together in a meaningful way. I believe there are no limits to what we can achieve. “If you can dream it, you can do it.”
My Raison d’Etre:
Music, training, and nature are central parts of my life. I also love to create – whether small projects or larger visions – and I always have several ideas in motion this inspires me and fuels both my professional and personal growth.
